Each partner will be involved in the development of a pre-agreed pro-forma for the case studies ensuring the active involvement of all partners and will prepare a report about the system of carrier guidance in domestic country.
 Active involvement of each partner will be established and agreed at the onset of the project detailing actions and responsibilities.
  The coordinator will be responsible for: 
-Planning collaborative activities
-Working together with partner countries to develop materials and to disseminate results
-Participate in project meetings with partner countries
-Complete the intermediary and final report in English by coordinating with EU Partners
-Share information and good practices during and after the end of the project
-Facilitating new approaches in the vocational guidance between partners.
  All partners are responsible for carrying out:
- Creating videos related with crafts, preparing documents and materials including tests, questionnaires,( showing students’ abilities and weaknesses), career plan, applied for guidance and counselling
- Will translate all materials from the e-platform in native language
- Capture best practice from national institutions that implement successful vocational guidance and counseling tools.
- Organized visits to Vocational Schools and study visits.
- Will be in coordination with each other especially for helping the implementation of new techniques and IT methods
- Participation in communication link via web based technology – to allow learners and partner staff to correspond at key times.
- Active involvement of each partner will be agreed at the onset of the project detailing actions and responsibilities.
- Facilitating the accommodation, meals, local transport at Project meetings.
- Will take responsibility for working with local partners, disseminate results, and share the information during and after the
  end of the project.
- For the reports every 3 months every country will write report to the coordinator.
 In addition the partners will have some other specific tasks, such as:
IT-will be responsible from creating e-multilingual platform and ICT Tools for communication
RO-will make newsletters and the blog of the project
ES,PL-will prepare best practises booklet about guidance and make studies research
UK-will prepare a DVD with short videos regarding 5crafts
SL-will finalize the instruments for VET guidance
LV, BG, TR (partners)- will make questionnaires for evaluation and needs analysis

 PROJECT OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGY

We involved partners in this project that can contribute to the accomplish of the objectives:  
-Italy will develop ICT Tool for communication and will develop the on-line platform
-Slovenia will lead the partners to develop good VET guidance instruments
-Spain will present us the example of good practice, because in their country a program in all schools is implemented  regarding vocational guidance
-UK is in partnership with numerous companies and will provide informations on how to the theme it is developed
-PL will make research studies on labour market
-TR- The Directorate of Education will implement the platform in all vocational schools in their region so it will be an example of good practice of implementing this platform
- Schools from countries such as TR, BG, RO, LV will help to make the materials for the platform and implement the guidance instruments and professional career plan to the students involved in the project;
-All partners will make short videos, tests, questionnaires, study visits, shadow days regarding crafts
